Concert Timings: - 7:30pm to 10:30pm
Main artists: - Tirth Thakkar, Naina Sharma, DJ shadow Dubai
We were able to accommodate around 600 to 700 people that included participants faculty members, staff members, coordinators, volunteers and students.
Bands were given to everybody to ensure smooth entry to the concert.
For safety and smooth running of the concert faculties and student coordinators were there at the entry as well as at different points throughout the ground.
Image 2024- Chanakya Neeti: Strategy and Leadership
IMAGE 24 is a national level annual management fest organised by the Faculty of Business Administration. The event was held on campus on the 2nd and 3rd of February, 2023.
Chanakya's Neeti emphasizes qualities like integrity, wisdom, and adaptability, as well as understanding human nature and psychology for successful leadership
The event was conducted in two phases: Eliminators and Finals. The registration as well as the eliminators were conducted online via Unstop (formerly known as D2C) with Round 1 and Round 2 narrowing down the events to Top 10 teams.

All the participants in the above events were from different Prestigious colleges like, MICA, NMIMS Mumbai, SRM Chennai, Faculty of business Administration, PDEU, NALSAR HYD, LJ university, IIT Madras, Smpic.

Entrepreneurship Cell Stalls
All the students belonging to entrepreneurship specialisation in our college were given separate space/stalls in the skating rink, in order to promote and expand their new ideas and ventures.
Ventures were evaluated one by one by the judges, on the basis of their business model, product and presentation.

Image 2023- LOST STORIES Band Performance
A special Fiesta was organized for the participants to cherish headlined by The Lost Stories. Lost Stories is an Indian DJ/producer duo composed of Prayag Mehta and Rishab Joshi. They are best known for their ability to uniquely blend Indian folk sounds with electronic music. One of the sunburn artists who performed in campus with supporting acts from ZOLTRON and Rahul Prajapati.

Since its conceptualization, the GLS Faculty of Business Administration annually hosts IMAGE – the international level management fest. This year we had adopted “ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT” as the theme for its Annual International Management Fest scheduled online on 24th & 25th January 2022. We support our country to be independent and with this theme we want the thoughts of our students to be independent as well. Despite facing the current crisis, we have attempted to let creative minds flourish with various management and non-management events.
We feel privileged as Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, Rajya Sabha member and Senior Spokesperson, BJP had inaugurated the fest in presence of Dr. Sudhir Nanavati, President, GLS University. In the same event, Dr. Hindol Sengupta, Vice President of Invest India delivered a keynote speech on the same topic i.e. Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The second day of Image 2021 saw a robust panel discussion. The panel members included some eminent personalities - Mr. Jeegnesh Vasavada, Spiritech entrepreneur at tathastulive.com; Mr. Anand Pillai, Managing Director at Leadership Matters, Inc; Dr. Fanscis Norman, Dean at Curtin University, Australia and Mr. Anshu Gupta, Founder at Goonj. The panel discussion was moderated by Ms. Geetarsh Kaur, An Educationalist, An Image Consultant, and the Skill School Founder

Since its conceptualization 17 years ago, GLS Faculty of Business Administration’s “IMAGEâ- their annual management fest has come a long way. With this year’s theme being “People. Planet. Profit.â The event was organised in the GLS campus for two days i.e. 10th & 11th January 2020.
The chief guest was “Padma Shri Laila Taiyab jiâ, a lady deeply involved in the welfare of the handicrafts industry in India and Key Note Speaker “Prof Amit Gargâ, a professor of Public Policy- an up and coming discipline at IIM Ahmedabad.
The closing ceremony’s chief guest was “Yash Mehtaâ the owner and founder of “Farmseâ- an eco-friendly start up aimed at sourcing and providing organic fruits and vegetables at affordable prices.

This year we adopted “Media Convergence and Management†as the theme for our Annual Management Fest – Image 2018. The guests and the Key Note speakers were Mr. Sanjeev Singhai and Mr. Mayur Puri.
Mr. Sanjeev Singhai, the co-owner of Buchanan group, is also a well-known and one of India’s top media, marketing and advertising professionals. He is co-founder of HomeTesterClub.com, which is world’s largest grocery store shopper’s community. He is also co-founder of Successness.com, which is world’s largest ongoing study of personal achievements and success.
Mr. Mayur Puri is a professional storyteller, screenwriter, lyricist & film-maker working in Mumbai. He has written songs, screenplays and dialogue for several movies, including the very successful Om Shanti Om, Happy New Year. He has also worked as a writer, screen writer, lyricist with whose-a-who of Bollywood fraternity in a movies like FALTU, ABCD, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, Singh is King, Dhoom 3, Race 2 and the list is endless
IMAGE 2017: SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In the present scenario, where change is the only constant; GLS IBA took the charge to create a difference through IMAGE 2017: A National Level Management Fest. The theme on which this fest was centered was "Social Responsibility". A lot has been said and discussed about corporate social responsibility. Since corporates operate and thrive in the society using resources from the society, it is only fair that they give back to the society in some form. But one cannot ignore the fact that every individual who lives in the society is also responsible towards it.
This time IMAGE was enormous due to inclusion of new events like JAM, Research Paper Presentation, Case Analysis, Point-counter point with presence of events such as Face-to-face which was a simulation of GD-PI, Reality Bytes, Business Plan, Ad-mad, Movie-making- all revolving around the theme of social responsibility.

For the academic year 2014-15 GLS (J.P.Shah) IBA organized the State Level Management Fest IMAGE on the 3rd of October 2015. The theme for this year was to commemorate the birth anniversary of our very beloved Late Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Sir, one of the most loved and widely respected President, scientist, teacher, leader and Icon.
The Chief Guest for IMAGE was the Shri. Srijan Pal Singh. He was the quintessential choice for he , has been a close aide of A.P.J. Sir, he has worked with him on various prestigious projects, besides authoring two books with him This year IMAGE saw the participation from 19 colleges across Gujarat ,i.e around 200+ students participated in four events, i.e Letz Brand ( advertising Contest ) , Face to Face ( Personality Contest ), Reality Bytes ( On Stage Press Conference) Plan de Empressa ( Business plan )

IMAGE (A STATE LEVEL MANAGEMENT FEST) 2015 was organized by GLS (J.P Shah) institute of business administration on 20th January 2015. 14 colleges across Gujarat state participated in this event where various competitions like face to face in which live interviews were conducted , Plan De impress ( business plan), Cine magic( movie making), Ad Lib (extempore), Letz brand ( advertising making) were organized. Mr Sushil Handa the first generation entrepreneur of Claris Life sciences inaugurated the event. He gave a message to the student for being more passionate about their goals, more responsible and reliable. He also insisted on grabbing the opportunities.
IMAGE 2013-14
GLS (J P Shah) Institute of Business Administration organized a state level Management Fest ‘Image-2013’ on 3rd August 2013 at GLS Auditorium. The Fest was inaugurated by Prof. Abraham Koshy, a renowned Professor of Marketing at IIM, Ahmedabad and a co-author of the book ‘Marketing Management’.
Prof. Koshy dwelt on the basic principles to achieve success on a lighter note. He interwove the precepts like hard work, training, focus, careful planning, optimum use of resources, adaptability, and ability to learn from failures with animal imagery in a very lucid language. He highlighted the issue of ethics, courage for conviction and developing an insight for observation in his interaction with students.
Prof. Koshy had expressed his desire that the honorarium which the college had intended to give him, be donated to the Blind School. So, Shri Sudhirbhai Nanavati, Executive Vice President of Gujarat Law Society gave away the cheque of Rs 51,000/- to Andh Kanya Prakash Shala. In this way, Dr Koshy set a new trend of fulfilling social responsibility through his deed.
More than 250 students participated in this state level fest organized under the leadership of Dr Shefali Dani. The students had a hectic day with events like Face-to-Face, Letz Brand, Solve-Resolve and Guess What? to participate in. It was a process of learning with fun and frolic. BKMIBA emerged as a winner of the overall trophy.
IMAGE 2012-13
The college organized its State level Management Fest-Image 2012 on 9th October, 2012. The college has been organizing this fest since 2002 and the college expanded the scope of the event in 2008 by converting it into a state level Fest. As a result, seven BBA colleges of the state participated in the fest.
Image-2012 was inaugurated by Shri Rajiv Vastupal, Chairman of Rajiv Group. On this occasion, Rajivbhai appreciated the college for organizing such Fest. He was of the opinion that such competitions give students an exposure to managerial activities.
The Fest witnessed overwhelming participation in the events like JAM, Movie-making, Business Plan, Eureka, Management Collage and Ad Mad Show. Joshi Ishita won the first prize in JAM session.
IMAGE 2011-12
GLS (J P Shah) Institute of Business Administration organised the state level inter-college Management Fest-Image on 14/9/2011. More than 10 colleges participated in it. Events like JAM, Business Plan, Movie-making, Management Collage and Ad-mad Show were included in the Fest. GLSIBA won the first prize in JAM and Ad-mad Show. The college also won the first prize trophy for the overall performance.
Image-2012 was inaugurated by Shri Mukul shah, pro- vice chancellor of Gujarat University. He admired the efforts taken by the institute to impart multi-dimensional training to the students.
Ishita Joshi represented the college in the event of JAM. Mitul Rajput, Ishita Joshi, Komal Gohil, Mira Chande and Ivan represented the college in the event of AD-mad Show.
