BBA programme designed by Faculty of Business Administration is designed to provide participants with in-depth conceptual clarity in fundamental principles of management, an opportunity to obtain specialized training in one of the five areas of Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing Management and Business Economics, a rigorous training in communication spread over the six semesters of the programme and a choice of elective courses that broaden the student’s perspective and give a range of exposures across multiple disciplines.

The programme has been designed targeting specific outcomes in terms of concepts, skills and values for the students at each year of the 3-year course. This gradual progression will ensure that students emerge from the programme ready for higher education, placement in the corporate sector or starting their own venture.

The BBA programme has evolved in response to the changing environment and industry requirements. The changing academic scenario as well as business environment has led us to upgrade BBA programme with the intention to make it self-sufficient for most of the students.

The institute offers following specialization streams to choose from:

  • Accounting & Finance
  • Human Resource Management
  • International Business
  • Marketing Management
  • Business Economics

The first year contains core courses which are common to all students. Students are allowed to choose from the afore-said streams as per their academic performance and area of interest from the second year. Such structure gives students the opportunity to choose courses from a domain of their interest coupled with the freedom to explore other areas at work or when they pursued any post graduate program.

The BBA programme comprises six semesters over three years.

A student needs to obtain 148 credits over six semesters to obtain the BBA degree.
