GLS University successfully organized the three-day "Narrative 2025" Inter-GLS Youth Festival, bringing together over 900 students who participated in a wide array of competitions, including dance, music, fashion, fine arts, literature, digital arts, and techno games. The festival also featured the highly anticipated Mr. & Miss GLS Fashion Pageant.
The second day of the festival witnessed an array of exciting events such as Western Dance, Folk Dance, Group Singing (Indian & Western), Debates, Elocution, Nail Art, Painting, Collage, and Poster Making competitions. Additionally, technical games and digital arts competitions, including photography and reel-making, were conducted. The folk dance performances featured Rajasthani Ghoomar, Gujarati Garba, Hudko, Tippani, Gagar, and Marathi Gondhal, while fine arts participants created impactful paintings and posters on themes like gaming and drug addiction. The rangoli competition was centered around the theme of Krishna Leela.
In the Western Dance segment, performances depicted themes such as the journey of the Indian flag, pen and paper, tribal dance, and motherhood. A unique Human Library event saw students portraying their favorite literary characters, and the speech competitions focused on themes of war and world peace. The festival created a vibrant and engaging environment where students not only showcased their talents but also enjoyed the experience, capturing moments at the selfie booth.
On the third and final day, winners were honored with awards and certificates. The festival was made possible under the esteemed guidance of Shri Sudhir Nanavati, President of GLS University, and saw the presence of Dr. Chandni Kapadia, Executive Director of GLS University. Addressing the event, she emphasized how such festivals contribute to the holistic development of students, enhancing their creative and intellectual abilities.
