The Integrated M.Des is a five-year full-time programme that seamlessly combines undergraduate and postgraduate design education into a single learning journey. Designed for students committed to advanced design education, the programme leads directly to a Master’s degree with specialisation, eliminating the need for separate undergraduate and postgraduate pathways.
Completing the programme in five years offers academic advantage while enabling sustained studio engagement, strong peer learning, and immersive campus life. The curriculum integrates foundational and core components of the B.Des with advanced studio practice, research, and specialisation. Learning is enriched through student-led clubs, collaborative projects, workshops, and interdisciplinary activities, supporting holistic development.
This specialisation strengthens visual communication skills through typography, imagery, layout, and narrative systems. Students work across print and digital platforms, developing advanced capabilities in branding, editorial design, advertising, and interface design with a strong conceptual foundation.
Digital Film Making at the master’s level deepens narrative, technical, and cinematic understanding. Students refine skills in storytelling, direction, cinematography, sound, and editing, preparing for leadership roles in film, media production, and digital storytelling.
Product Design emphasizes advanced human-centered problem-solving through research, materials, ergonomics, prototyping, and sustainable manufacturing. Students engage in complex design challenges, developing products and systems that balance innovation, usability, and responsibility.
The Apparel Design specialisation integrates fashion, culture, craftsmanship, and industry systems. Students explore advanced garment construction, textile innovation, trend forecasting, and design development, preparing for professional and entrepreneurial roles in fashion.
This specialisation focuses on refined object-making, material intelligence, and craftsmanship. Students design jewellery and accessories that combine form, function, cultural context, and technical precision through hands-on studio practice.
Environment and Space Design develops advanced understanding of spatial experience, sustainability, and context. Students design interiors and environments that respond to human behavior, material systems, and cultural narratives
