The Integrated B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) programme is a five-year undergraduate course designed to combine in-depth knowledge of commerce, business, finance, and law. It focuses on building strong conceptual understanding along with practical legal skills required in the corporate and judicial sectors.

The programme emphasizes corporate and commercial law learning, integrating subjects such as accounting, financial management, economics, and banking with core legal disciplines. Students study a wide range of law and commerce-related subjects that prepare them for real-world legal and business challenges.

Special attention is given to practical training in advocacy skills, including moot court exercises, drafting, pleading, and case analysis. The curriculum is designed to develop analytical thinking, legal reasoning, and professional competence.

Throughout the five years, students undergo structured internship training in courts, law firms, corporate offices, and NGOs, gaining hands-on exposure to the legal profession.

In the final year, students focus on advanced legal practice skills such as moot court exercises, drafting, and project-based learning, strengthening their readiness for careers in litigation, corporate law, judiciary, or higher education.
