Incubation Centre

LEAF (Leadership Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation) is a TBI supported by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. LEAF is promoted by GLS University and Gujarat Law Society, a renowned name in education since 1927 in Gujarat. LEAF is also the nodal institute of the Government of Gujarat to promote new enterprises through the State Startup assistance programme, and is entrusted as a disbursement agency of State government funds to the Startups in the region of Ahmedabad.

The Innovation initiative visualises a broadminded art of education for the 21stcentury by preparing the students to be innovators in this dynamic world. The initiative will create a platform to blend passions with the support, structure, and resources to address challenging problems with innovative ideas.

LEAF is to nurture innovation in various disciplines and promote an innovative approach towards work. The students as well as startups will be encouraged to think out of box and come out with feasible innovative ideas to solve practical real life problems. The Centre will work formally and informally to brainstorm, discuss, debate, and experiment.

Currently the incubator provides for co-working space with a capacity of 120 seats, making it the largest TBI in the state of Gujarat in terms of service and capacity. The space also hosts many startup events for the local startup community and is constantly thronged by mentors who engage with the incubates at different levels.

The centre is equipped with all modern amenities and an aesthetic working environment. The working space has cubicle type workstations built for startup teams equipped with electricity, internet and phone line connections to make each workstation a productivity hub.
