Since its conceptualization, the Faculty of Business Administration (GLSBBA) annually hosts IMAGE \u2013 the national level management fest. Students from colleges worldwide are invited for this two-day event wherein participants get an opportunity to be a part of competitions that hone managerial skills and gain new insights in different areas. Since the event is for and by students, it truly gives them a chance to understand the nitty-gritty of management. With every consecutive year, we try to include management-centric activities in IMAGE. It will be the perfect forum to bring together some of the most intellectual and creative undergraduate and postgraduate minds from colleges across the nation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

HR Conclave, a splendid symposium hosted by Faculty of Business Administration (FOBA), GLS University, is set to discuss HR and related contemporary challenges and oppurtunities. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are three closely linked values held by many organizations that are working to be supportive of different groups of individuals, including people of different races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations. Employers that remain workplaces \u201cfor some\u201d will risk losing money, earning less and falling behind their competitors in this disruptive climate. However, employers that are \u201cfor all\u201d, ensure that people are treated as equals, that people get the\u202fdignity and respect\u202fthey deserve and that their differences are celebrated. Such employers will cultivate tremendous value from their people\u2019s differences and will thrive. Faculty of Business Administration (GLSBBA) annually organizes Praxis, an exhibition to manifest students\u2019 creative talents. As the tagline suggests, it is an attempt to explore one\u2019s axis. The exhibition showcases the practical application of whatever knowledge students have gained in classrooms. The exhibition includes unique artefacts curated by the students, for example, pots made during pottery workshop, posters in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Production Management and Psychology for Managers, and plant pots that they learned to make in Environmental studies, Painting exhibitions, among others. Around 1000 students, along with their parents, visit the exhibition for encouraging our young minds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
