The Faculty of Computer Applications and Information Technology (FCAIT), GLS University, organized an empowering seminar titled “Cracking the Confidence Code” for first-year B.Sc. IT and BCA students, conducted by Ms. Rebecca Sudan, Communication Trainer and NLP Practitioner. The interactive session focused on helping students build self-assurance, recognize their potential, and overcome mental barriers. Through relatable anecdotes, hands-on activities like mirror affirmations and “Walk the Confidence Ramp,” and discussions on body language, voice modulation, and handling setbacks, students learned practical strategies to enhance personal and academic confidence. The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, leaving participants inspired and equipped with tools to cultivate authentic self-confidence in various aspects of life.
