A two-day hands-on workshop on Flask was organized for undergraduate students by the FCAIT, GLS University in June 2025, conducted by Prof. Nirav Suthar. The workshop introduced students to Flask, a Python-based web framework, covering web development fundamentals, routing, templates, Jinja2, and CRUD operations with SQLite.
Students built dynamic, database-driven web applications, explored session handling, form validation, and basic authentication, and showcased mini-projects. The interactive sessions provided practical exposure and strengthened students’ skills in developing scalable, maintainable web applications.
