A Placement Talk was organized for postgraduate students by the Faculty of Computer Applications and Information Technology (FCAIT), GLS University, conducted by Dr. Sneha Tripathi. The session focused on interview preparation, body language, tone management, and confidence-building, emphasizing personality development as a continuous process that enhances employability, self-assurance, and adaptability. Students learned practical strategies for handling technical and HR questions, aligning gestures and posture with communication, managing pitch and tone, and overcoming hesitation through visualization and positive self-talk. The talk equipped students with essential tools to present themselves confidently, reinforcing FCAIT’s commitment to nurturing competent and career-ready graduates.
